| I just wanted to tell you that everybody that I spoke with at your company was wonderful. It was almost as though they were waiting for my phone call.I ordered a table pad from you a year ago and had only used it once before. I had noticed a slight problem with the pad and your company responded quickly to my concern. Most companies are nice when your getting ready to purchase and once the sale is made, It's difficult to get answers if a problem occurs. Your company is not that way at all. It was perfect matched with the dinner room set. I received an e-mail for delivery, and it matched to the UPS delivery date. You acted professionally, expertly, and truthfully. Within 24 hours I received a call asking whether I wanted express delivery as the holiday season was approaching. After finding this WEB page, talking with the most polite & helpful folks at Berger's, and having received on time the exact table pads we ordered, my first words after setting them up were, "Perfect, perfect!" Since our table was not in the database, I supplied the info hoping that someone else could be helped. Our measurements and the supplied pattern tracing paper worked great. It looks good, it magnetically locks itself very nicely and it fits my table perfectly. Thank you so much for a truly outstanding product. The order process was simple, efficient and very firendly. A few years ago I had purchased table pads from the place that I had purchased the dining room furniture from. And, I was very disappointed with the table pads because after a few years some areas of the table pads had split apart and the locking clips had become loose or broken apart. I decided to purchase my table pads from Berger's and that was the best thing I did. I was skeptical about ordering table pads over the phone but the staff was very knowledgeable about their products. I had some questions about which colors would match my dining room table and since I could not decide over the phone which color to choose, color samples and a measuring kit were sent out immediately. After I received the color samples I couldn't decide between 2 colors. I called the 800 number and explained to the person on the phone my dilemma. I chose the color he suggested and I am very happy with it. My table is both rich looking and protected from normal wear and tear. In addition, I voiced my unhappiness with the locking clips and they suggested the MagnaLoc and I love MagnaLoc. The magnet locking mechanism is concealed in the table pads and does a very good job of keeping the table pads together. After I received the table pads they were 1/2 inch to short. I called the 800 number back and the very helpful customer service dept sent me 1 leaf 1/2 inch longer. This suited me well because I always use 2 leaves with my table. Now the table pads fit exactly. The table pads clean beautifully and my table looks simple gorgeous and I am confident that my table is well protected. My husband said just the other day! This tabletop cover is the best investment we have made! Need I say more? |
