Custom Design

Though we can probably design your custom table pad using one of the tens of thousands of patterns that we have on file, you may have to make a simple pattern if we don’t.  A custom pad design pattern takes maybe two to three minutes on average.  Basically, you just have to trace the edges of your table with a crayon onto pattern paper; both of which we supply.  Our customized computer program then takes over and perfectly designs your custom pad to fit your table exactly.  This information is then sent to our automated CNC Router that will then cut your board perfectly.  The material that you pick to accent the décor of your home is then cut to exact specifications, your boards are routed and our table pads custom MagnaLoc™ magnetic locking system is slid into the route and covered by the material to provide a custom table pad with a completely hidden, super strong patented locking system.  Berger’s Table Pads custom design is absolutely the finest available and is warrantied for LIFE!
